The Highest Sold Prices.


The highest price sold in October 2021 for Quakers Hill was $1,425,000.

A three-bedroom house was sold for $1,157,000.

The highest price sold for a four-bedroom house was $1,425,000.

The only five-bedroom house was sold for $1,080,000.
